Check before you pay

Use an email address you can open. Check the event, ticket type, quantity, and total before paying. Contact Tanner Rice Promotions if the purchase email does not arrive.

Payment has to finish

Stripe processes card and wallet payments. An order is not paid or confirmed until the private order page shows a successful payment and the tickets are available. If the result is unclear, check that page or contact Tanner before trying to pay again.

One ticket, one entry

Each QR ticket admits one person once. Do not copy, change, forge, or knowingly use a refunded or already-used ticket. If a code cannot be read, door staff can search the paid guest list and may ask for order details or identification to confirm it.

Refunds have their own rules

Cancellations, rescheduling, and customer refund requests follow the Refund Policy and any additional rule clearly shown on the event page.

Applying does not guarantee a match

Tanner Rice Promotions may invite a fighter, place them on standby, or not select them while building fair matchups. Sending an application does not reserve a place and does not create a charge.

Give honest fighter details

Submit accurate information about age, weight, rank, gym, coach, and experience. Tell Tanner promptly if something important changes, especially weight, health, eligibility, or the ability to compete.

Finish every confirmation step

An invited fighter must accept the invitation, sign the event waiver, and complete the entry payment before the place is confirmed. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required steps for a minor.

Follow the event rules

Fighters must follow the published rules, weigh-in instructions, venue rules, safety directions, and organizer decisions. Missing weight, arriving late, becoming ineligible, or ignoring safety directions may affect whether a fighter can compete.

The waiver is separate

These website terms do not replace the event's fighter waiver. The exact waiver shown and accepted for that event controls the acknowledgments and permissions connected to competing.

Sending a request costs nothing

A sponsor request does not guarantee a package or placement and does not create a charge. Tanner Rice Promotions reviews the business, package, and event fit first.

Approval comes before payment

A sponsorship is confirmed only after Tanner approves the request and the sponsor completes any required payment or confirmation. The approved package identifies the event benefits Tanner will provide.

Only send material you may use

The sponsor must have permission to provide its business name, logo, links, and other promotional material. The sponsor allows Tanner Rice Promotions to use the approved material to deliver and promote the agreed event benefits.

Sponsorship refunds are reviewed separately

Sponsor cancellations and refunds follow the sponsorship section of the Refund Policy .

The card can change

Matchups, fight order, competitors, start times, rules, venue details, and sponsor placement may change for safety or practical reasons. Important updates will be posted or sent to the contact information on file when appropriate.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If the event is canceled, rescheduled, postponed, or replaced, the next steps follow the Refund Policy .

Follow venue and safety directions

Fighters, spectators, sponsors, coaches, and staff must follow venue rules and reasonable safety directions. Threatening, abusive, dangerous, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior may lead to removal or denied participation.

Private links work like keys

Ticket, fighter, sponsor, waiver, and receipt links may open without a password. Do not post or share them publicly. Contact Tanner Rice Promotions immediately if one is lost, sent to the wrong person, or exposed.

Use the site fairly

Do not attempt to bypass staff access, payment checks, capacity limits, ticket validation, or other security controls. Do not use the site to send spam, malicious files, false applications, or unlawful material.

Changes to these terms

The current terms and effective date will remain posted here. Material changes apply going forward unless the law requires otherwise.
