Buying tickets

A ticket order includes the buyer's name, email, optional phone number, ticket choices, payment status, receipt, and door check-in. The site also creates the order number, ticket number, and private links used to open the order and tickets.

Applying to fight

A fighter application includes contact details, date of birth, weight, belt or experience level, gym, coach, competition history, optional social links or video, and parent or guardian details for a minor.

If a fighter is selected, the event record can also include the invitation response, signed waiver, weigh-in, matchup, result, award, and entry-payment information.

Sponsoring an event or sending a message

A sponsor request includes the business and contact details, package choice, message, payment status, and any logo or promotional material provided. A contact message includes the name, reply details, event, topic, and message you send.

Information created by the site

The site records timestamps and security details needed to keep private pages and payments safe. Its web server and safety tools may also receive an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and error information.

Card details stay with Stripe

Stripe handles the payment form. Tanner Rice Promotions records the amount, currency, status, receipt, and Stripe reference needed to confirm or refund a payment, but does not receive or store your full card number.

Running the event

We use this information to sell and deliver tickets, review and match fighters, manage waivers and weigh-ins, arrange sponsorships, answer messages, run the door, publish approved fight cards and results, prevent abuse, keep records, and meet safety, accounting, and legal duties.

Services the site depends on

Information is shared only as needed with service providers that help run the site—for example Stripe for payments, Amazon SES for email, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, and providers used for hosting, databases, backups, and error monitoring. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices.

People allowed to see private details

We may also share information with event staff who need it for their job, professional advisers, or authorities when the law requires it or when necessary to protect people, the event, or the service.

What can appear publicly

A published fight card or result may show a fighter's name, gym, matchup, result, and award. Approved sponsor names and logos may appear on public event pages. Private contact details, dates of birth, waiver signatures, actual weigh-in records, and payment records are not published.

We do not sell personal information

Tanner Rice Promotions does not sell personal information or share it for advertising across unrelated websites.

Ask to see or correct it

You can ask what information Tanner Rice Promotions has about you or ask for a correction through the contact page. Include the email used for the order, application, or message. We may need to confirm your identity before showing or changing a private record.

Ask us to delete it

You can also ask for your information to be deleted. Some records cannot be deleted right away because they must be kept for event safety, signed waivers, payments and taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legal duties. If a record cannot be deleted, Tanner will explain why.

How long it is kept

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the event, customer support, accounting, waivers, safety, disputes, and legal requirements. Retention can differ by record because a ticket question and a signed combat-sports waiver do not serve the same purpose.

Keeping private information safe

We use practical safeguards such as encrypted web connections in production, private random links, restricted staff roles, and trusted payment and storage services. No website can promise perfect security. Contact us immediately if a private link, ticket, or receipt may have been exposed.

Storage needed to make the site work

The site uses necessary browser storage to keep pages secure and make staff tools work. Stripe may use its own browser storage when its payment form loads. The event-door tool can save a guest list and check-ins on an authorized staff device so entry can continue without a connection.

California Do Not Track disclosure

This site does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics that follow visitors across unrelated websites. Because Tanner Rice Promotions does not perform that tracking or sell personal information, a browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting does not change how this site works. Payment and other service providers may collect information under their own privacy notices when their tools load.

Young fighters

Children under 13 should not use this site or send personal information on their own. A parent or legal guardian must use the site on their behalf. For every minor fighter, a parent or legal guardian must provide the required information and complete the waiver step.

Send one clear message

Use the contact page to ask a privacy question or request a review, correction, or deletion. Include enough information for Tanner to find the right record:

• Your name
• The email used on the site
• The event name, when there is one
• The order, ticket, fighter, or business the request is about

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. When a change materially affects information already provided and direct notice is practical, Tanner Rice Promotions will also use the contact information on file.
